ProgDVB and ProgTV requires Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.7.2 or higher, you can download it here.
Shareware versions have 21 days free trial period. Also you can use free version for test of most functions.

Sowohl die Standard- und Professional-Version von ProgDVB enthält den MPEG-2 Shareware Codec von Elecard. Sie müssen diesen nach 21 Tagen registrieren (Start -> ProgDVB -> Elecard Registrator) oder einen alternativen Codec verwenden. Für AVC und H.264 Unterstützung empfehlen wir die Registrierung des Elecard AVC H.264 Plugin für ProgDVB. Die Registrierung ist mit dem Erhalt der Seriennummer in der Kaufbestätigungs-E-Mail erledigt.

ProgDVB and ProgTV is two is 2 independent user interfaces which can work together from one folder at one list of channels, settings etc.ProgTV is a modern interface with support for modern monitors. Easy to control with mouse/keyboard and remote control (HTPC). ProgDVB is a classic interface with many features but no remote control support. You can try both and choose. For Windows 10 and above I recommend you to try ProgTV3.
